Please note that we can only process these requests during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Rescheduling Policy To ensure a thorough and consistent cleaning experience, we encourage clients to maintain their regular cleaning appointments. If rescheduling is necessary, please use our appointment reschedule form, which is required for all changes. Due to the nature of our services, additional time may be needed to restore your home to its optimal condition on the next visit. Therefore, a skip fee of $35.00 will be added to your next cleaning. Rescheduling requests made within 48 business hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee (see cancellation policy). However, if you reschedule within the same week as the original appointment (within 7 days), no additional charges will apply. Cancellation and Lockout Policy At Tidy Havens, we respect the time of our employees and clients. We have a strict 48-business-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 business hours before your scheduled cleaning to allow us to offer the slot to other clients. Cancellations or rescheduling within the 48-hour window will result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee. Same-day cancellations, inability to access your home upon arrival, or turning our employees away upon arrival will result in a full charge of the service fee, as we cannot fill the appointment on short notice.
